At Crown Whip, we strive to be as precise and exact as possible. However, it is not guaranteed that the product descriptions or other content on this website are completely accurate, reliable, up-to-date and without any errors.
1.2 PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS
When you purchase any product, the cost will be determined by what is listed on the Supplier’s website by the time the order is placed.
We work hard to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are up-to-date and accurate at all times. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to make adjustments based on existing market conditions.
1.3 PRODUCT SAFETY INFORMATION
The only acceptable use for the whipped cream chargers supplied by this website is culinary. They contain a gas called Nitrous Oxide that, if abused, can have harmful consequences similar to those of glue or solvents. We require all customers purchasing our products to confirm they are aware of the issues and will make efforts to prevent misuse by combating this problem. We will refuse to sell equipment to anyone we believe intends to misuse our products. If you do not follow our policies, we will prohibit you from doing business with us in the future and block your account information.
It is illegal to sell cream-whipping chargers for inhalation.
The risks of misuse include narcosis (drug-induced sleep), asphyxiation (lack of oxygen) and potential death.
You must be 18 or older to create an account with us. We will ask for confirmation of your age when you sign up.
When buying from Crown Whip, the buyer agrees to utilize Cream Chargers Nitrous Oxide in line with its manufacturer’s guidelines and not in any way that could threaten someone or society as a whole.
Prior to utilizing our creamy whipped equipment, it is essential that you consult the manufacturer’s user manual. This guidebook outlines how to safely operate the cream-whipping chargers.
A maximum of 1 charger should be used for a 1/4L or 1/2 Litre Whipper, and no more than 2 chargers for a 1 Litre Whipper. Using more than the recommended amount could create too much pressure and cause an explosion.
Only try to open these chargers with the proper equipment, as they contain liquid Nitrous Oxide under high pressure. Doing so could result in an explosion and severe freeze burns.
Explosion Danger! Do not expose chargers to heat or sun. Maximum temperature should not exceed 50C.
It is dangerous to dispose of full chargers, as they may cause injuries to others. Please be responsible and recycle them properly.
Do not attempt to fly with pressurized gas cartridges. You may be prosecuted if you ignore this warning.
Keep this product out of reach of children.
PAYMENT
2.1 PAYMENT METHODS
When you place an order, you can pay for your products and the associated shipping cost using any payment methods offered on the Supplier’s website.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Switch, Maestro or Solo cards for payment of your online order. All orders must be prepaid, and your credit card will not be
charged until we are ready to dispatch the item. Please enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes in the payment form. If there’s a promotional code that provides free delivery with this order, don’t forget to include it so we can apply it to your purchase!
Prior to finalizing your purchase, please verify that all the information is accurate and make any changes as necessary. If you have special delivery instructions, feel free to add them in the ‘comments’ box. Once you are content with your order summary and details, click on the ‘continue’ button to submit it. As soon as we receive your order submission, we will immediately send a confirmation email followed by another when it has been dispatched from our warehouse!
2.2 PAYMENT DUE
Full payment must be made before the delivery date; failure to do so will automatically breach this agreement, granting the Supplier immediate authority to terminate our contract.
We can only dispatch your order after we have been paid in full unless you are a business with an established credit line.
You commit to paying the Supplier in its entirety, excluding any deductions, unless a court order requires an identical amount of deduction to be paid to the supplier.
2.3 PAYMENT SECURITIES
To ensure the protection of our customers’ information, we have installed multiple security firewalls and password-protected access points. Servers containing personally identifiable data are kept in a secure place with restricted entry; only authorized personnel can unlock this space, where backups are held offsite for added safety.
Crown Whip takes extraordinary measures to guarantee our team members remain knowledgeable about the newest security and privacy regulations. Every three months, plus whenever a revised policy is released, all Crown Whip personnel are issued notifications concerning the value of confidentiality and reminders on how they can safeguard customers’ data.

3.1.1 24/7 Delivery
Crown Whip does not provide 24/7 on-demand home delivery services.
3.1.2 Instant Delivery
Get it instantly with an estimated delivery time of 30 to 60 minutes! Only available in Sydney.
Crown Whip Instant Delivery Sydney NSW is only available from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM AEST. It is also available during the public holiday, please get in touch with us for more information.
3.1.3 Warehouse Collection
The collection is also available from our Sydney warehouse during business hours. Please note that an advance appointment is necessary.
The Supplier’s business hours are as per the following. Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Saturday to Sunday: Closed
Public Holiday: Closed
3.1.4 Australia Post
We post via Australia Post. Postage time varies from state to state, but in general 2-5 business days within most capital cities.

Crown Whip offers free postage to anywhere in Australia for orders over $100. Postage cost will apply to orders under $100, please get in touch with us if you have any questions.
3.3 DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed and paid for prior to 2:00 PM AEST on weekdays, excluding public holidays, will be promptly shipped out the same day through Australia Post. For those placed after this time frame, however, shipping can be expected on the following business day.

RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss will be on the Buyer from the time of delivery to the carrier. The Buyer will provide, at its expense, insurance on the Products insuring the Seller’s and the Buyer’s interest as they appear until payment in full to the Seller.

You agree to utilize Crown Whip’s website at your own risk, as it is presented without any warranties or guarantees of accuracy. We do not make any promises concerning the information and materials found on this site – they are provided “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Pursuant to applicable law, Crown Whip disclaims all warranties of any kind, be they express or implied. This includes but is not limited to the implicit warranty of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. Moreover, this website as well as emails sent from Crown Whip, does not guarantee immunity from viruses or other malicious elements that can damage your device and/or data.
In utilizing this website, Crown Whip will not be held accountable for any form of damages that may arise – including direct, indirect, punitive and/or consequential.
TITLE
Title to the Products will remain with the Seller until delivery and actual receipt of the Products by the Buyer or, in the alternative, the Seller delivers a document of title or registrable bill of sale of the Products, bearing any necessary endorsement, to the Buyer.
SECURITY INTEREST
The Seller retains a security interest in the Products until paid in full.
CLAIMS
The Buyer’s failure to give notice of any claim within 10 days from the date of delivery will constitute an unqualified acceptance of the Products and a waiver by the Buyer of all claims with respect to the Products.
EXCUSE FOR DELAY OR FAILURE TO PERFORM
The Seller will not be liable in any way for any delay, non-delivery or default in shipment
due to labour disputes, transportation shortages, delays in receipt of materials, priorities, fires, accidents and other causes beyond the control of the Seller or its suppliers. If the Seller, in its sole judgment will be prevented directly or indirectly on account of any cause beyond its control, from delivering the Products at the time specified or within one month after the date of this Agreement, then the Seller will have the right to terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the Buyer, which notice will be accompanied by a full refund of all sums paid by the Buyer, pursuant to this Agreement. In all other cases, if the Seller fails to deliver the Products to the Buyer within the time and manner specified in this Agreement, the Buyer may provide written notice of the default to the Seller. If within seven (7) days of the notice being
received, or within such other time period as agreed to by the parties, the default is not corrected, the Buyer may immediately terminate this Agreement.
REMEDIES
The Buyer’s exclusive remedy and the Seller’s limit of liability for any and all losses or damages resulting from defective products or from any other cause will be for the Purchase Price of the particular delivery with respect to which losses or damages are claimed, plus any transportation charges actually paid by the Buyer.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
We kindly advise that you make mindful selections so as to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you decide to change your mind or make a wrong choice. However, exchanges and reimbursements may be issued in the event of faulty goods, incorrect descriptions compared to their sample, differences from what was shown or non- functioning products.
According to NSW Government Fair Trading, a business can refuse to give you a free repair, replacement or refund if:
you simply changed your mind
you misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem
you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business, or
were unclear about what you wanted
a problem with a service was completely outside of the business’ control.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
